These terms apply to the use of the AidMax chat on aidmax.org as well as our social media channels (@aidmax.help on Instagram and Facebook).

2. Prerequisites for Use

• Minimum age: 13 years
• By clicking “Yes, I agree” in the chat, you consent to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Nature of Use

AidMax is an AI-supported support service. Use is free, anonymous, and voluntary. AidMax does not provide psychological or medical advice. In the event of an acute crisis, please contact the appropriate emergency or support service in your country:

4. User Responsibilities

• No illegal, offensive, or violence-glorifying content
• No spam or automated mass messaging
• No Unsolicited Submission of Personal Data

Failure to comply may result in the chat being deleted and potentially lead to legal consequences.

5. Limitation of Liability

IHelp-Project eV accepts no liability for damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.

The availability of the chat cannot be guaranteed at all times.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be amended if required by legal or technical changes.
