2. Prerequisites for Use

  • By starting the chat, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy .

3. Nature of Use

AidMax is an AI-supported support service. Use is free, anonymous, and voluntary. AidMax does not provide psychological or medical advice. In case of acute crises, please contact:

4. User Responsibilities

  • No illegal, offensive, or violence-glorifying content
  • No spam or automated mass messaging
  • No entry of personal data belonging to third parties without their consent

5. Limitation of Liability

IHelp-Project eV assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use or non-availability of the service, provided there is no intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Continuous availability of the chat cannot be guaranteed.
