Our Stickers 💚

  • by

With lots of love, creativity and patience, we designed, cut and prepared our new AidMax stickers. Each sticker is a small sign of appreciation, meant to remind people just how important they are. The design was created by Katjawho created the design by hand with a special eye for colors and shapes. The result features AidMax’s signature color palette of green, pink and white, warm, friendly and full of hope.

From Design to Finished Sticker

The stickers were printed at Precelerator des Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE)a place where innovation and teamwork come together. There, we were able to use the machines to print the first sheets and cut out the shapes with precision. A professional cutting machine helped us trim the many small squares containing the QR codes, which link directly to our website .

Since the machine had a few technical issues, we had to improvise. So we picked up some scissors, put on some music and continued cutting everything by hand. What started as a technical problem turned into a shared afternoon of crafting, filled with laughter, focus and attention to detail. Every single sticker was checked, cut and sorted. It was a wonderful feeling to watch the stacks grow and to know that soon, many people would be holding one of these little works of art in their hands.

A Message from the Heart

At the center of each sticker is the phrase “You Matter”surrounded by heartfelt words such as brave, unique, beautiful, valuable and inspiring and irreplaceable. They are more than just words, they are a reminder of self-worth, hope and togetherness. The heart-shaped QR code leads directly to the AidMax website, where people can find support in difficult moments. Each sticker brings together design, emotion and digital support in one small symbol of care.

The stickers are meant to be handed out, given away and discovered. Whether at schools, in cafés, at festivals or in everyday life, they remind people that no one is alone and that mental health is just as important as physical health.

A Symbol of Community and Attention to Detail

The photos show just how much heart went into this project. The first image shows the freshly printed sheets on a white worktable, surrounded by strips of paper, a pair of scissors and a computer. It feels like a creative workshop full of energy and joy. The second image shows the finished design with the QR code in the center and the many positive messages surrounding it. The third image shows the cutting machine at work, with growing stacks of finished stickers beside it, a tangible sign of commitment, patience and teamwork.

Each of these stickers represents what AidMax stands for: humanity, compassion and the desire to help others. We hope they reach many hearts and bring a smile to people’s faces. Because sometimes, all it takes is a small reminder to start believing in yourself again.

The Precelerator as a Place for Creativity and Collaboration

The Precelerator is a creative and interdisciplinary space for entrepreneurship and prototyping at Munich University of Applied Sciences. It is run by the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) and offers students and other interested people the opportunity to turn their own ideas into practice. It is a place where innovative projects, creative prototypes and new collaborations emerge between people who want to make a difference.

The Precelerator focuses on five key areas: Connect, Play, Train, Create and Make. Connect stands for the exchange of ideas between founders, experts and project teams. Play describes the playful exploration of modern technologies and new ways of thinking. Train includes workshops and training sessions that teach participants the fundamentals of design, entrepreneurship and teamwork. Create means applying this knowledge and bringing your own projects to life in professional co-working spaces. Make stands for working with state-of-the-art technical equipment, including 3D printers, VR headsets, cameras, workshops and creative labs.

This combination creates a vibrant place where innovation, a hands-on mindset and a strong sense of community can truly be felt. Students and teams can bring their ideas to life, build networks and learn from one another. AidMax experienced exactly this open and inspiring atmosphere while producing the stickers. The Precelerator is a space that brings creativity to life and shows just how much can be achieved when people work passionately toward a shared vision.
