4. Processing of Sensitive Data

Information regarding your psychological or emotional situation is classified as special category data (Art. 9 GDPR) and is processed only with your explicit consent AidMax is not a substitute for psychological or medical advice.

5. Use of AI (Transparency in accordance with the AI Act)

The AidMax chat uses AI from OpenAI via SendPulse to provide automatically generated responses. Communication is conducted in compliance with the GDPR. AidMax does not evaluate, diagnose, or offer therapy. In case of indications of a crisis, users are directed to professional support services, and a human agent will take over the chat.

7. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Transfers outside the EEA (European Economic Area) are conducted only on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Data Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose. Chat content is deleted regularly.
